Frank Previte

Frank Previte was raised by an Italian immigrant family in Arlington, Massachusetts. His mother sent him to Boston College High School and Boston College where he studied Biology and Chemistry. He went on to graduate school at Boston University where he studied Advanced Biological Chemistry and then earned a master’s degree in Business Administration.

He began his career working as a young boy with his father, Nunzio, where he first learned how to work and start, build and run a business. His first professional position was as a teacher of Chemistry and Biology and Business Manager of a Jesuit High School. He joined a Fortune 50 Company as a Financial Analyst and became Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer.

In 1989, he founded EnviroBusiness, Inc. (EBIConsulting) with an objective of combining and providing his years of top business and environmental experience to companies seeking to improve their environmental, social, governance and financial results. He was joined by his sons Nolan and Jeff, both of whom had also earned science degrees and MBAs at BC. Together they were able to make EBI the number one provider of environmental health and safety services to the biggest and best Wall Street and other banking investors and operators as well as the top telecommunications, biotech and retail operators.

Mr. Previte has served as a Trustee, Director or Officer on the Boards of the Winchester Hospital, Atlantic Tracy, Inc., Kaye Instruments, Inc., University of Massachusetts College of Business Administration, Rockport Music, Boston College High School and Boston College. He and his wife of 56 years, Ellen Nolan, have provided financial aid for over 200 student scholarships at Boston College High School, Boston College, The Cambridge Matignon School, North End Music and Performing Arts Center, Rockport Music, Gloucester Marine Genomics Institute, Artis Naples and financial support for many other charitable organizations.
