Nolan Previte

Nolan Previte, President and CEO of EBI Consulting, joined the company his father Frank had recently founded in 1991, while completing his Bachelor of Science in Biology. Soon thereafter he earned an MBA from Boston College, evenings while working to grow and nationally expand the business. Nolan possesses over 30 years of experience in environmental and real estate asset due diligence, energy and sustainability, institutional and private equity investment support, agency lending, construction and health & safety consulting. As EBI’s most tenured employee of over 30 years, he has managed and experienced all aspects of the firm’s activities required to grow to currently over 500 employees nationwide. He joined the start up as an environmental scientist, soon by necessity moved to business development, next successfully recruited and managed a national sales force, while creating successful partnerships with the most prominent real estate finance, global investment, and commercial banking companies in the United States. He was appointed CEO by Chairman Frank Previte in 2020.

Nolan, his wife and three teenagers live on the same street in Boston’s North End that his grandfather in 1934 emigrated to from Sicily. His children attended the local inner city Eliot K-8 Innovation School, where Nolan enjoyed raising and donating funds to assist the school’s impressive success story. His two boys have been active South End youth baseball players for several years, where they’ve befriended many first generation American children from homes where English is a secondary language, like their grandfathers’ was. Nolan and his daughter have started a non profit focused on mentoring and tutoring South End baseball players to help them gain admittance and scholarships to Boston’s traditional exam high schools and private high schools in greater Boston.
